1. Structural composition

Agitator: It is the core component of the mixing tank. Shaft sealing device: used to prevent the leakage of liquid in the tank and the entry of external impurities into the tank. Common shaft seals are mechanical seals and packing seals. Mechanical seals have the advantages of good sealing performance, small leakage, and long service life. They are widely used in the food industry with high hygiene requirements; packing seals have simple structures and low costs, but the sealing effect is relatively poor. They are generally used in occasions where the sealing requirements are not particularly strict.
Accessories: including feed inlet, discharge port, liquid level gauge port, thermometer port, CIP cleaning port, sight glass, respirator, etc. The feed port and the discharge port are used for the entry and exit of materials; the level gauge port is used to install the level gauge to monitor the liquid level height of the liquid in the tank in real time; the thermometer port is used to install the thermometer to control the temperature of the liquid in the tank; the CIP cleaning port is connected to the cleaning system to realize automatic cleaning of the tank; the sight glass is used to observe the stirring condition and liquid level status of the material in the tank; the respirator is used to balance the pressure in the tank to prevent the pressure in the tank from being too high or too low.
2. Working principle
The working principle of the stainless steel food liquid mixing tank is to drive the agitator to rotate through the motor to make the food liquid in the tank flow and mix. The rotation of the agitator generates axial and radial thrusts, so that the liquid forms a circulation flow in the tank. At the same time, the blades of the agitator will also shear the liquid, breaking up the lumps or particles in the liquid, thereby realizing the process of uniform mixing, dissolution, emulsification and other processes of the liquid. During the stirring process, the motor speed, stirring time, temperature and other parameters can be adjusted through the control system according to the process requirements to achieve the best stirring effect.
